targeted women in Davis and Chico.
Police Detective Paul

the night of the Sacramento attack, a neighbor's surveillance camera
recorded an sport utility vehicle leaving the area. Police believe it
belonged to the rapist. The vehicle is described as a white Toyota,
Limited Edition, 4-Runner, model year 2001 to 2003. It has a roof rack,
moon roof and rear tinted windows.
Schindler said all of the victims were petite and more than half have been Asian.
Ther Asian Peace Officers Association has offered $10,000 for information leading to the rapist's arrest and conviction.
If anyone has information on the attacker, they are asked to call (916) 433-HELP.
